Landlord Gas Safety Checks

The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 outline your duties as a landlord to make sure all gas appliances, fittings, chimneys and flues are safe and working efficiently.

P & L Home Services can carry out safety checks for all gas appliances and flues, including boilers, fires and hobs and will provide a Gas Safety Record for your tenants. We always go above and beyond to communicate with the tenant and the landlord to ensure the easiest experience for both parties
